Rock in Rio, 10 th Edition, Lisboa, May 29 th - The Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen

At last,  but not least,  the so announced … the Rolling Stones !!!

Some three musics performed and, Mick Jagger, announced someone invited to the stage.

Who is the person, is it for the second tie the portuguese fado singer Ana Moura ?

… And he said: Mr Bruce Springsteen !

And all the people couldn't believe in such a surprise.

In the  early  90's ,  here was the first Mega-concert performed in portugal - the Rolling stones performed in the Stadium of Alvalade.

i was, at that times, financial Director of  the oldest portuguese Bank, Montepio Geral.

And  all the Concert was bought by Montepio  to invite their customers, as the Institution celebrated  the 150 th anniversary.

So,  I  had the privilege "to  pay"  the concert to the agent of roling stones, in a banking branch  in  the  surrounds  of  London.

I  still keep a copy of the contract ,  two  very  huge dossiers with some incredible  details like the quantity and brand mark of waters, juices,  snooker tables and  little football   games   tables.

Some experience I can't forget !!!!
